1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tribalgram application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older depending on your country of residence) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. We reserve the right to remove Content that violates our standards, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, hate speech, or nudity.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium; (ii) transmitting spam or unsolicited emails; (iii) attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security; (iv) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

5. Travel Liability Disclaimer

Tribalgram is a social networking platform that facilitates connecting and trip planning among its users. We are not a travel agency. We are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, financial losses, or other damages arising from trips organized through the App. All travel and meetups organized with other users are at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
